
Senior Clinical Director
Gustavo Lupercio
Gustavo Lupercio, M.A., BCBA, is the Director of Clinical Services for Accel Therapies and is based out of the Orange County region. Gustavo has supported the development of the ABA department since its inception.
With over 8 years of experience in the field working with patients ranging from crisis support treatment and early intervention, Gustavo has had the privilege of assisting individuals with a broad spectrum of needs.
With a passion for play based support methods and an emphasis on communication, Gustavo has pioneered Accel Therapies’ treatment model in early intervention support through a methodology derived from leading evidence based practices.
Gustavo is passionate about collaboration with other medical professional’s to ensure a multidisciplinary perspective and a holistic approach for a patient's care is established. As both a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst across states several states, Gustavo Lupercio continues to help our clinical team support families across regions and maintain an overall quality standard that places efficacy and family needs as precedence for an effective treatment package.

Clinical Supervisor
Hung Ta
Hung Ta, M.A., BCBA is a Clinical Supervisor with Accel Therapies based in the Orange County and Los Angeles regions. Hung obtained both his B.A and M.A in Psychology with the emphasis in Experimental Research and Design / Social Psychology at California State University of Los Angeles. He is also a licensed Behavior Analyst and has a certificate in Organization Behavior Management from Florida Institute of Technology.
Hung was first introduced into the field of working with individuals with special needs near the end of his M.A program when a friend of his told him to “try it out.” Since 2014, Hung has been working tirelessly to support the families and staff members on his teams.
Hung immigrated with his family from Vietnam at the age of 10 and has been living in Los Angeles ever since. He has provided services throughout Los Angeles and nearby regions whether in-home, center-based, school, or in the community. Hung enjoys working with clients of all ages and is passionate about supporting staff whether they’re new to the field or supervisors trying to become BCBAs.
During his free time, Hung loves camping, traveling, adventures both by himself and with others. He also enjoys attending concerts, movies, and watching sports.

Associate Clinical Director
Jannett Reyes
Jannett Reyes M.A., BCBA, is an Associate Clinical Director with Accel Therapies based in the Coachella Valley region. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California Irvine.
Jannett has over 18 years experience working with children with special needs in the field of Early intervention and Applied behavior Analysis. She is a former board member and Vice-President of the Coachella Valley Autism Society of America. In addition, she is a certified Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) instructor.
Jannett completed training from the University of San Diego Special Education Advocacy Certificate Program and continues her involvement in the community by supporting and empowering parents of children with special needs.

Clinical Supervisor
Lexi Gygax
Lexi Gygax is a Clinical Supervisor with Accel Therapies based in the Treasure Valley region. Lexi has been working with children with disabilities for over six years. She has always had a passion for working with children: coaching sports teams, being a nanny, and volunteering with children with diverse needs in schools and the community.
After completing her Bachelor of Science degree at San Diego State University, Lexi moved to Boise, Idaho. Lexi is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and hopes to continue utilizing her strengths of creativity, flexibility, and perseverance to provide exceptional quality services to her clients and their families.

Clinical Supervisor
Kiana Pinawin
Kiana Pinawin, M.S., BCBA, is a Clinical Supervisor with Accel Therapies based in the Orange County region. Kiana earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology Degree in 2016 from Oregon State University. During this time, she worked in the Disability Access Services Department providing students with individualized accommodations during exams throughout the year.
After returning to California from her undergraduate studies, Kiana began her behavior analytic career. As a Behavior Technician, she implemented behavior programs in the home, school, and clinic setting.
In an effort to make a more substantial impact upon the field, she pursued a Master of Science Degree in Special Education from California State University, Long Beach and simultaneously began her BCBA coursework through Florida Institute of Technology (FIT) in 2017. In May of 2019, she earned her Master of Science in Special Education Degree and in August of 2019 she officially became certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Throughout her career, Kiana has had experience working with clients as young as 2 years of age to clients who were 34 years of age. Additionally, she has worked in the group home setting for adolescents aged 17-22, providing behavioral consultation to both the staff and clients. Outside of work, Kiana enjoys spending time with her dog and cat. Her other interests include hiking, running, mountain biking, and traveling.

Clinical Supervisor
Mayra Perez
Mayra Perez, M.Ed., BCBA, is a Clinical Supervisor with Accel Therapies based in the Orange County region. Mayra obtained her Masters in Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Arizona State University.
She is a bilingual Clinical Supervisor with a passion for helping children, adults, and families in both English and Spanish. She began her career in ABA as a Behavior Technician and has held supervisory positions for the past decade.
She has worked with a variety of clients with age ranges from 7 months to 71 years old. Mayra has created and facilitated social skills groups, which have allowed clients to generalize goals with their peers and in the community. She enjoys helping other staff progress in their career and strength their clinical skills.
Outside of work, Mayra enjoys being with her family, traveling and trying different foods.
